New Patient Information
Your First Visit
You’ll get to experience our family-friendly approach to dental care from your very first visit! When you come to see us, you’ll first be greeted by our smiling front desk team. They’ll take a moment to get to know you, organize your paperwork, and answer any initial questions you might have. After that, you’ll be escorted to a treatment room where you’ll have some x-rays taken.
Then, you’ll get to meet Dr. Thomas Redfern, and he’ll perform a thorough oral exam. Afterward, he’ll discuss his observations and go over your x-rays with you, and he’ll talk about treatment options if you have any dental issues. From there, you’ll have a dental cleaning, get to ask any questions you have, and then you’ll be escorted to the front desk where we’ll help schedule your next appointment.
To help you start your appointment even quicker, we’ve made our patient forms available here online. Simply print them, fill them out, and bring them to your next appointment to shorten your already brief wait time. Please be sure to bring your insurance ID if you have one as well. If you have any issues getting this to work, please let us know! Also, if it’s more convenient for you, you can wait to fill out our forms when you get to the office as well.

We believe that dental care should never put a financial strain on a family’s budget, and to that end, we’re more than happy to accept a variety of dental insurance plans. When you use your insurance with us, we’ll file your claims, handle the paper work, and do everything we can to maximize your benefits.
We are currently in-network with:
- Delta Dental
- Regence Federal (Blue Cross Blue Shield)
- FEP Blue
If you have any questions about how we can work with your plan (even if you don’t see it on this list!), please be sure to contact our office today.
Processing insurance and credit card payments require quite a bit of administration for us, so we’re more than happy to give patients a discount if they pay in cash. If you pay in cash on the day of your appointment, you will receive a 5% discount.
Also, if you are a senior citizen (65 and over), you will automatically receive a 10% discount on all of your dental care if you pay in cash. Most of our senior patients have been with us for decades, so this is just our small way to say thank you.
